Set the scene
Switch off bright lamps and screens. Place HEALABLE on a stable bedside surface, with the light facing upward rather than directly into your eyes.
Find your glow
Hold the power button to switch on. Briefly press to choose high, medium or low brightness. Add a soundscape if you wish.
Let the day go
Settle into a comfortable position. The automatic 45-minute timer turns the device off, so there is one less thing to think about.

A few things to know.
Is HEALABLE a medical device?
No. It is an indoor household ambient-light device for a calm evening environment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Individual experiences vary and sleep improvements are not guaranteed.
How do I use the sounds?
Long-press the music button to play or stop. Single-press for the next track and double-press for the previous track. Use + and − to adjust the volume. Playback starts at 60%, with nine volume levels from 20% to 100%.
What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
The manual offers a Lifetime Guarantee for faults, subject to registration and the original receipt. After inspection, eligible devices are repaired at no additional cost. Normal wear, misuse, unauthorised repairs and cosmetic damage are excluded. Contact info@healabletherapy.com for support.

Use indoors, away from water, moisture, heat and young children. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not disassemble. Stop using a damaged or overheating device. Recycle the rechargeable battery and device through local WEEE facilities.
